What does it cost?
Our fee is a percentage of the product price, with a minimum per order. You always see the full price before you pay anything.
Retail or bulk: is there a minimum?
No. One item for yourself is fine, and so are thousands for your shop. Bulk orders get a better rate per piece.
Can you get branded or designer items?
We do not source replicas or counterfeit brands. Dutch customs seizes them, and we only ship what you can legally sell and use.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or iDEAL. Deposit first, the rest before shipping.
What if something is wrong?
That is why we check everything in China. If the goods do not match what you approved, we sort it out with the seller before anything ships.
